A PayPal dispute puts a hold on our business account affecting our ability to help you and other customers resolve your issue in a timely and friendly manner.


Payment

We gladly accept PayPal for payment. For the protection of our customers and ourselves we will only ship to the verified PayPal address on your account.


Shipping

All in stock products are generally shipped out the next business day via the United States Postal Service domestic or international Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. Items valued over $250 or shipped overseas require signature confirmation. Some items may be shipped in their original factory box while others may be shipped via USPS flat rate box, depending on the item and at our discretion.


International shipments

For purposes of customs and insurance, shipments are valued at the retail value and marked as merchandise, no exceptions. All entry requirements, custom fees or any other taxes and fees not included in the original transaction are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Be sure to familiarize yourself with your country’s import procedures, fees and other charges before ordering. Orders shipped outside North America do not include a mains power cord.


Returns

Item(s) may be returned in the original package within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund in the amount of your original purchase price less actual shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee may apply. Certain restrictions and exceptions apply. Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility. Product must be returned with complete packaging and support material and ready for sale as a new product. Upon the return of an item within the return policy we will verify all parts are included and ensure that there is no user-caused failure or damage of the item. Refunds will be made through PayPal to the PayPal account of the original payment.


Shipping Damages

If you notice shipping damage upon delivery, please note the fact with the delivery driver and contact us with 7 days of the receipt of the damaged parcel. Once a claim has been made, we will work with the carrier to have the damaged goods picked up. We will arrange for repair or replacement of your product at no additional charge to you.


Wrong Item

If you believe an item you received was in error or not as described, please contact us at support@ecosmartpc.com and we will get your order corrected as soon as possible.


Refused Orders

All refused orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products. You must contact us to authorize a refund before refusing an order (see return procedure below).


Special Orders and Custom Builds

No returns or refunds will be made for items that are special ordered for you, specially configured for you or for custom computer builds without our written consent before each order is placed.


Return Procedure

Returned merchandise cannot be accepted without prior authorization, also known as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, email returns@ecosmartpc.com. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. In order to obtain a refund under the return policy, you must return the product unused and undamaged, including all manuals, accessories, screws, etc. in the original packaging. We will not accept incomplete returns. Returned goods must be shipped freight-prepaid and insured to the address specified in your RMA. International shipments are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.


Warranty

ecosmartpc.com manufactures its hardware products from parts and components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry-standard practices unless otherwise specified. ecosmartpc.com warrants that the hardware products it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The limited warranty term is 90-days beginning on the date of invoice, as further described in the following text.


Damage due to shipping the products to you is covered under this limited warranty. Otherwise, this limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by ecosmartpc.com, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by ecosmartpc.com.


This limited warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: software; external devices (except as specifically noted); accessories or parts added to a ecosmartpc.com system after the system is shipped from ecosmartpc.com; accessories or parts that are not installed by ecosmartpc.com.


During the ninety-day period beginning on the invoice date, ecosmartpc.com will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to ecosmartpc.com. To request limited warranty service, you must contact ecosmartpc.com via email within the limited warranty period. You must ship the products back to ecosmartpc.com in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. ecosmartpc.com will ship the repaired or replacement products to your domestic United Stated address freight prepaid unless ecosmartpc.com determines the products are not defective in which case the buyer will be responsible for return freight and insurance charges.


NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to ecosmartpc.com, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. ecosmartpc.com does not accept liability for lost data or software.


ecosmartpc.com owns all parts removed from repaired products. Defective parts will not be returned. ecosmartpc.com uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing limited warranty repairs and building replacement products. If ecosmartpc.com repairs or replaces a product, its limited warranty term is not extended.


THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). ECOSMARTPC.COM'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


ECOSMARTPC.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
